Adrian Valdez is the Assistant Manager at Mercy Pet Resort, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for pets. With a deep passion for animals and a commitment to excellent service, Adrian helps maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both pets and their owners.
Outside of work, Adrian enjoys spending time with his own pets and staying up to date on the latest pet care practices.
Victoria is the Grooming Manager here at Mercy Pet Resort and has always had a true passion for animals which led her to an artistic eye in grooming. In her 10+ years of grooming she has mastered the patience in handling most all temperaments with a soothing energy to bring some calmness to the overall grooming experience. Victoria takes much pride to ensure she is able to provide her professional services to the community and provide a higher level of personal care and attention to each client.

Eric is a highly skilled groomer who provides top-notch care to all animals. His expertise and dedication to animals' well-being make him the ideal candidate to entrust with your pets. Eric has been grooming since 2011, and has perfected his art of grooming everywhere from small shops in Houston, running a salon up in Oklahoma, to the largest Mobile grooming company in Dallas!

Ashley has been a dedicated groomer since 2014, bringing a wealth of experience from her roles in Dog Training and Veterinary Assisting. Her comprehensive background in animal care underscores her commitment to the well-being of every pet she works with. With an open mindset and a stress-free attitude, Ashley excels at creating a comfortable and safe environment that alleviates anxiety for both pets and their owners. Her ability to foster trust through clear communication and a shared passion for animals helps build lasting relationships with clients. Specializing in distinctive grooming techniques like Asian fusion and show cuts, Ashley ensures that every pet not only looks their best but also leaves feeling confident and refreshed. Her blend of skill, empathy, and professionalism guarantees a positive experience for every furry friend.
